The Advisor I, Email Support position interfaces with customers via inbound emails, outbound emails/calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

  • Vietnamese
  • Thai

Qualifications: 

Open to High School graduates, K12 Passers, Bachelors Degree holder in any field.

Open for Filipinos and Foreigners.

  • Must be proficient in English and at least one of these languages: 
    • Mandarin 
    • Cantonese 
    • Thai  
    • Vietnamese 
  • Mandarin and Cantonese speaking candidates must also know how to write in Traditional Chinese 

Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
