As a Customer Care Specialist, you will deliver support to the customers and clients of
the world’s biggest and best brands. You will also be responsible for:
· Answering incoming calls from customers
· Resolving customer inquiries/requests
· Developing and maintaining accurate files
· Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
· Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
· Provide cutting-edge service ina friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
· At least high school graduate
· Experience of at least sixmonths in the BPO industry are preferred; applicants without work experience are also welcome to apply
· Good English communicationskills
· Working knowledge on computers
· Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
· Willing to work in shifting schedule
